This beautiful new apartment on the 19th floor of the INTEMPO building in Benidorm offers a unique experience. The building is 198 meters high with multiple facilities.
The Intempo Residential Sky Resort towers over Benidorm with its iconic silhouette.
Experiences Intempo offers include sunbathing, bathing in one of several swimming pools including one on the top floor. or working out in the gym.
If that’s not enough, you can relax in one of four jacuzzis overlooking the sea on the top floor roof sun terrace. The building has a bar where you can have a drink and watch the sun go down as the day draws to a close and the sea changes color before your very eyes.
When the sea breeze wakes you up, you can take breakfast on your private balcony and in the evening enjoy a cool white wine with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean Sea.
At the Intempo Residential Sky Resort, you can create your own unique experience.
You enter the apartment on the 19th floor (via a super-fast elevator) into the living room with direct views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Both bedrooms have a large double bed of 180×200 cm and a smart TV.
The entire apartment has air conditioning and there is free WIFI throughout the building.
When renting the apartment, you have use of a parking space in the guarded indoor garage beneath the building.
The building is monitored by security staff 24 hours a day.
