Villa Promesa is perfect for multiple families or large groups, because it is designed for this purpose and is divided into two separate buildings. There is a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

The larger villa offers on the ground floor a spacious dining room with sitting area, kitchen and immediately next to it a large terrace where you can all eat together, small bathroom with toilet and shower and 1 bedroom (2 pers.).
On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with (one with bath) shower, toilet and washing facilities.
Third floor: suite with bathroom, toilet and shower (pool level)
You have access from the living room to the balcony with lounge set where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The decor is modern and well maintained and has a cozy feel.
Promesa has a built surface of 220 square meters, and has several terraces at its disposal.
You will find the swimming pool at the front of the villa from there you can also fully enjoy the beautiful view. Around the pool are sun beds where you can enjoy your holiday in peace.
near the swimming pool is a toilet and an outside shower.
To the right of the swimming pool is the smaller house which also consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor is the living room with an American brand new kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet washing facilities, and at the front on the ground floor you a cozy private terrace.
On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms with a spacious terrace.
The villa has been completely renovated in 2018 and 2019 and outside there is also a new outside kitchen and outside toilet and shower.
Promesa is located on a quiet street with little traffic. You can park your cars out of the sun and safely in the garage.
This large accommodation is very suitable for several families and large groups due to the spacious layout and 2 separate houses.

Esther Valiente.
Villa preciosa, de ensueño por unos dias, estuvimos de maravilla solo nos falto ver televisión en español ( nos intentaron arreglar el tema con una smart tv) por lo demás todo perfecto, piscina, terrazas, barbacoa, trannquilidad etc etc. Lars muy atento a nuestras llamadas.
Highly recommended
Beautiful, spacious villa with amazing views of the sea from the windows and terraces. There were so many outdoor areas to sit, relax and soak up the sun and so many toilets! The layout worked very well for us because we were a group of 7 parents, 3 x 19 year old girls and 5 x 16 year old boys. The boys were all able to stay together in the separate apartment. They loved the fact that they were allowed in the clubs in Lloret De Mar unlike at home (Tropics). As were so high up in the hills we relied a lot on taxis in the evenings as it’s a long steep walk to get down to the beach. We needed our hire cars to get around to the supermarkets etc. The nearest beach at Canyelles is pretty and set in a cove. There is a beach bar, toilets, ice cream hut, a restaurant (which we are in at night sitting outside overlooking the beach). There was plenty of parking and sunbeds with umbrellas. The hosts were very accommodating and available if needed. They informed us of the neighbourhood rules as the villa is in a residential area. As we arrived so late, the shops were closed so they gave us a bag of drinks to keep us going until morning. We would highly recommend this villa, it was beautiful.

Een echte aanrader om lekker tot rust te komen.
