Villa Shangri La is a villa with amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Costa Brava.
This villa is very peaceful, located in a green area where you have privacy and can enjoy your rest.
The villa is built on a plot of more than 2,000 m2.
With a large beautiful swimming pool with spectacular views, you look here over the coastline towards Barcelona. The pool is solar heated.
The villa is located in Lloret de Mar but in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes away from the lively town centre.
The beautiful bay “Cala Canyelles” with a restaurant and small port is also nearby the villa.
On the street the villa has a large facade with a iron gateway where you can safely park your cars behind.
You enter the hall, on the right is the living room, the kitchen straight ahead and left two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Through an internal staircase leads to the lower floor there are again a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All bedrooms have sea views!
From the living room you can use a terrace door to access the terrace and a covered patio with a lovely sitting area with BBQ and outdoor kitchen.
If you walk further, you have the big pool with sunbeds.
At the villa has its own enclosed private parking for 2 cars.
